If you continue to browse and use this website and Suravi Daily mobile app, you agree to comply with the following terms of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern the relationship between Suravi Daily (Suravi Milk) and you.

Ordering From Us

Before an order can be placed with us, you are required to complete the registration form using our online service.

Once you have completed the registration form, the order will be deemed to have been placed.

We will send you confirmation of receipt of the registration form detailing the information on the registration form, immediately through our customer service department by your chosen method.

Acceptance of the order takes place when we confirm receipt of the registration form by email or call. Delivery will be made as per our fixed delivery pattern.

Pricing

The cost of Suravi Daily milk will vary based on the milk sold in the respective states of India. The exact cost relevant to your order will be detailed on your payment request.

The prices are reviewed periodically and can be changed.

Payment and Collection

Payment can be made online in the Suravi Daily mobile app. This is an automated payment system.

Payment can also be made by handing over cheques to our collection executive. Cheques should be in favour of Suravi Milk.

Physical collection of payment (cash or cheque) is chargeable at Rs 100 per invoice.

In case of payment failure, we are not liable for the same.

If your cheque bounces due to insufficient funds or any technical reason like signature mismatch, an additional Rs 250 penalty fee will apply.

Cancellations and Rescheduling of Suravi Daily Milk

If you no longer require milk for any reason, call us on +91 89849 79751 or write to us at hello@suravimilk.in to convey the message. If there is any outstanding balance, settlement needs to be done within 10 working days.

If any rescheduling is required, please inform us before 24 hours through any of the following modes:

Please avoid using digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram for rescheduling milk orders.

If you do not receive milk, call us on +91 89849 79751 between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon on that particular day.

Service Access

We make every effort to keep the website up and running smoothly. While we endeavour to ensure this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair, or reasons beyond our control.

Registration

Each registration is for a single user only. We do not advise sharing your username and password with any other person or with multiple users on a network.

Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you. If you know or suspect someone else knows your password, contact us immediately.

We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any obligations under these terms and conditions.

While we endeavour to ensure that information on this website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of material on this website.

We may make changes to the material on this website, or to the products and prices described in it. There will be a notice on the site advising you of this.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
